• Job Description:
  • Line/Prep Cook – This position is considered a Cook;
  • Organizational upkeep of Storeroom/Purchasing orders,
    • with Occasional coverage in Grill and Prep positions;
    • for Call Outs or Vacation Coverage;
  • Relief Cook
    • with knowledge of all the above that will rotate shifts to include AM and PM Tray Line, Grill, and Prep.
  • Working as a Team in a Fast-Paced Environment;
  • Ensuring Compliance with OSHA Regulations;
  • Maintaining a Safe Working Environment.
• Qualifications:
  • Food Handling Experience;
  • be Punctual & Reliable;
  • Strong Attention to Detail;
  • Adherence to your Schedule,
  • Adherence to all Safety/Sanitation Regulations.
  • Knowledge of: Healthcare Diets, Purees, Diabetic, Renal, Cardiac, etc. a Plus!
